(DISCLAIMER: Housemates sharing a kennel MUST be able to eat together in order to receive discount. 1st dog is priced at normal rate.)

Fees & Other Charges
- "After 9am Pick up Charge": $34
(When picked up after 9am on the last day of your stay, rather than charge the boarding rate, we charge for the price of Daycare on the last day. If you pick up before 9am, this charge won't apply.)

- House food fee (Per meal): $3
(Please be sure to bring food from home, as dogs tend to get upset tummies when switched to a different food.)

- 15% Holiday Boarding Rate (See Paws & Relax recognized Holidays below!)

- Cancellation Policy: If a reservation must be cancelled or rescheduled, we respectfully ask for a 48 hour notice. For our recognized Holidays listed below, we require a 7-day notice. Cancellations or missed bookings without a 48 hour notice (or 7-day notice for holidays) will result in a fee totaling 25% of the initial booking estimate. *This fee will not be applied in situations of extreme weather, illness or emergencies on a case by case basis. All clients will be required to sign our cancellation policy agreement to make any future bookings.

Boarding hours

7 Days a week
 Morning Drop Off / Pick Up Hours: 7am - 9am
Evening Drop Off / Pick Up Hours: 5pm - 7pm

We highly recommend bringing first time pups earlier in the day rather than later in the day. This way your pup has time to adjust to their surroundings and bond with our staff for their stay!

We kindly ask that you please stick to our scheduled drop off and pick up time frames or schedule a drop off/pick up appointment with us ahead of time. We cannot accommodate drop offs or pick ups any earlier than 7am or any later than 7pm.
*Should you not arrive for your scheduled drop off time frame, we will attempt to get ahold of you and reschedule. Should you be unreachable by the end of the day, your reservation will be cancelled and charged our cancellation fee.
*Should you not arrive by 7pm to pick up your pup, we will safely tuck them in for the night so you can pick them up in the morning!

We plan our day around your pups arrival and departure slot, and are in the back with our guests outside of these times. We do not offer half days. ​

Boarding Requirements:

- Create a profile on our app, Paw Partner, for you and your dog(s) 
- Sign all of our agreements & upload a credit card to your profile (you must keep one saved card on file at all times)
- Send us your records! They can be uploaded to Paw Partner, or you can send us a clear picture of them either through text, email, or contact your vet and have them send them to us! We require: Bordetella (Current within 6 months), Distemper, Rabies, and a Fecal Float test (Current within 6 months & MUST come back negative for parasites), & for out-of-state dogs we also require some type of Heartworm prevention. 
​- Dogs MUST already be socialized with people. If your pup is clearly uncomfortable around new people (our staff) we cannot accept them. They must be able to be safely handled by us in order for us to give them adequate care.​

What does a boarding guest's day look like?

Each "Classic Social Boarding" visitor intending to join in play with other dogs is closely observed by our staff. The first time you drop your dog off with us we will slowly introduce him or her to other playmates and different stimuli throughout the day. This allows us to understand your dog's needs and desires. It is also always super helpful to hear from you about your pup! The more info about them the better for us to understand them and their needs best! So please take the time to answer the prompted questions on your dogs profile! Should your dog not be a good candidate for group play, we will provide your canine family member with other safe and appropriate activities and swap their reservation to our SOLO Boarding option. (Prices are subject to change)

Rough Daily Boarding Schedule:
  • ~ 6:30: Staff arrive and overnight guests are taken out to potty and then given their breakfasts.
  • -7am - 9am: We open at 7am, and morning drop off pups arrive and get their first quick potty break, then get settled into their kennels while we plan our groups for the day. We match dogs together based on playstyle, energy level, and preferences. 
  • ~ 9am - 12pm: We start taking out and rotating our planned groups for their first round of playtime! Each day is different when it comes to weather, pups, and staffing, but each group gets roughly 15 minutes of outside playtime for each outing. Dogs are safely in their designated kennel in between outings. In the event of poor weather such as extreme heat, blizzard conditions, or severe storms, we work around it to the best of our ability to ensure your pups get as much outside time, potty breaks, and stimulation as needed! This may include taking pups outside for shorter periods of time, but more frequently throughout the day. 
  • ~ 12pm - 1pm: Lunchtime for pups that brough a snack! 
  • ~ 1pm - 4pm Another round of group playtime!
  • -4pm-5pm Dinner is served! 
  • -5pm - 7pm: Evening pick up pups are picked up and go home to relax and wind down! Or evening drop off boarders arrive and get tucked in for the night! Please plan your time accordingly to pick up or drop off your pup before we close at 7pm! Should you not make it by 7pm to pick your pup, we will attempt to contact you, but will tuck in your pup for one more night so you can pick them up in the morning!
