Create a profile & Sign our agreements
- Create a profile for you and your dog(s) on our app, Paw Partner!
- You will then be prompted to sign our agreements. The system will not let you or us put in a reservation request until they are signed.
- You will also be required to have a saved credit card on file at all times.

Send us your records!
- Send us your records and the results of your dog's Fecal Floatation Test!
- You can upload them to your dogs profile on our mobile or desktop app, or you can also contact your vet to send them our way! We also accept clear photos of your documents through e-mail, mail or text!
WE REQUIRE:
- Bordetella (current within 6 months)
-Distemper
-Rabies
- Fecal Float Test (Current within 6 months & MUST come back "Negative for parasites")
- Heartworm prevention (Out of state dogs only)

Request & reserve your dates
- Put in a reservation request in Paw Partner for the dates you are looking for, and WAIT for us to confirm it! You will receive confirmation ensuring your saved space. Once you have completed all of these steps, Paw Partner will be where you make all future reservations.
**Putting in a reservation request does NOT guarantee you a spot until we have "Confirmed" it! So please ensure you have not been waitlisted before arriving for your stay. **
