We are a first come, first served facility. We need documentation of our requirements before your reservation can be made and confirmed. Documentation can be mailed, emailed, or picture texted to us! Additionally, we accept verbal confirmation from your veterinarian. Please note that requirements need to be current during the selected reservation time in order to successfully reserve a spot.
1. Register yourself and your pets in our system.
Simply click the button below to be redirected to a secure customer portal (known as Gingr*) where you will enter in all of your information.
2. Provide us with proper documentation of our requirements.
We accept e-mail, mail or even texted pictures of documents. Additionally, we accept over-the-phone confirmation of requirements by your veterinary hospital. Once we enter the information into your profile, you will have the ability to request reservations. To view our requirements, click here.
3. Reserve your dates!
You will receive a confirmation e-mail ensuring your saved space!
PICK UP / DROP OFF TIMES
7:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. daily
If you are unable to make those times, you will need to schedule a specific appointment to pick-up or drop-off so we can plan to step away while dogs are resting.
