NEW CUSTOMERS1. Register yourself and your pets in our system.
Click the button below to be redirected to a secure customer portal, Paw Partner, where you will enter in all of your information. This can be done on a desktop computer or our mobile app. 2. Provide us with proper documentation of our requirements. There are many ways to get records to us! You can upload them to our mobile or desktop app. We also accept e-mail, mail or even texted pictures of documents. Again, we will need: Bordetella, Fecal Float, Distemper, Rabies. (And Heartworm prevention for out-of-state dogs!) 3. Sign Our Agreements! Once you've started the process of making your profile, you will be prompted to sign our agreements. The system will not let you put in a reservation request until they are signed. 4. Request and Reserve Your Dates! Put in your requested dates, wait for us to confirm it. You will receive confirmation ensuring your saved space! *Please note that we are a first come, first served business, so completing these steps is essential in order to ensure you a saved spot! |
